Normal check in time is 3 p.m. If you arrive before 3, you are welcome to check with the front desk, as they start doing pre-registration around Noon. If they have rooms prepared, they may be able to check you in early. If not, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants, pool, spa and gaming areas until your room is ready.

Normal check out time is 11a.m. On the day of check out you can speak with the front desk regarding a late check out. Rates and availability are based upon occupancy. If a late check-out cannot be arranged, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the bell desk and enjoy the restaurants and gaming areas until your departure time.

Getting Around
Mandalay Bay does not offer a shuttle service. Shuttles are available at the airport, and they drop off at all the major strip hotels. Mandalay is usually either the very first drop off or the very last drop off. Shuttles generally cost $4-$6 per person. Varieties of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran and are located on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14.

The Limousine service that Mandalay Bay recommends is CLS Limo. You may locate them at www.clslimo.com or call directly to 702-740-4545. The other option is a taxi which costs between $16-$20, for up to 5 people and will bring you directly to Mandalay Bay. Taxicabs are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers. Both options convey riders the four miles from the airport to the Mandalay Bay portion of the strip in less than four miles or 10 minutes.
